Headache Relief In Minutes With Eft

What if a headache struck you from out of nowhere? But you were away from home and had no means of getting your usual pain reliever. What could you do?

If you knew even the most basic EFT procedure, you could simply tap that pain away – no muss, no fuss. Just stimulate an energy meridian with your fingertips and your pain could be gone in a few short minutes.

What is EFT? EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It’s like acupuncture’s laid back cousin. It works without needles or complex treatment patterns. All you need are your your fingertips and the ability to tune in to you discomfort.

EFT works by stimulating the body’s energy channels, known as meridians. You focus on the issue, while simultaneously tapping the meridian point on the body or hand. Stagnation in the channel is cleared and energy begins to flow. Once the stagnation clears, relief is usually felt.

One of the most basic points is on the fleshy side of the palm. It’s often called the KC,or karate chop point. It’s where you would hit a board with your hand to break it if you were a karate master. It’s easy to find and use.

To stimulate the meridian all you need to do is to tap on the KC point with your fingers. A firm but gently pressure is all that is necessary. Tap continuously while you focus on your issue.

The easiest way to tune into the issue is by making statements out loud. “Even though I have this headache.” Or, “Even though my head is throbbing.”

The rest of the formula is simply to replace the issue with a positive statement. “I totally and completely love and accept myself.”

This tapping routine, as it is called, is repeated about three times. This makes sure you are focused on the issue while giving the tapping time to work. It also helps to breathe deeply once or twice after you tap to integrate the flow of fresh energy throughout your body.

Emotional Freedom Technique is very simple in its basic form. It provides rapid relief and can be used almost anywhere. All you need to do is to follow a few simple steps.

Finding Solutions, Healing And Transformation

Watch the new EFT video

If  we have been
injured in an accident and suddenly we find ourselves
reliving what we went through, even though the accident was
sometime ago and hopefully the pain from it is long gone.

Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as EFT, just
may be the answer to helping us move beyond that point, to
helping us put the past in the past and move forward in our
lives, seeing the past from the proper perspective if it
comes to mind at all.

EFT practitioners claim that it can also help us with such
things as addictions, phobias, anxiety, pain relief and
asthmatic problems, and this is just the beginning of what
they say it can do for us. They claim that it can also help
us with our financial and our business challenges. There
are many examples on the website of how people have used
EFT to transform their lives.

Negative emotions are not productive in producing a positive
life style, and can stop you from achieving your goals.
Gary Craig, the inventor of EFT, states that “

Recognize Inspiration…Everytime!

Watch the new EFT video

The universe gives us opportunities to take divinely inspired action to manifest what we seek. These opportunities can take unexpected forms, so it can be hard to recognize the inspirations that come your way.

Open Every Door

When a doorway is presented to you do you open it or do you walk away? How will you ever know if a door leads to opportunity if you do not open it? Take every opportunity to be inspired. You need to open every door you are presented with until you come to realize on an emotional level that it is not aligned with what you seek. Once you start searching the doors, you will learn more and then know if that doorway is for you or not.

Keep saying yes to opportunities right up until you know they’re not for you. And if you find that an open door was not what you needed after all do not become disappointed. Instead be proud of yourself for going in and investigating every opportunity and remember that for every doorway you eliminate the universe opens yet another one. And remember the good things you did find behind that now-closed door so that you can keep a sharp eye out for more of those things in the future. At the very least you’ve learned something about what you don’t want by investigating every opportunity, every open door. If you never walked through you would have gained no knowledge whatsoever.

Remember that even if a door isn’t the right one, you may have to walk through it to find the right door for you. Don’t be hesitant if you see a doorway ahead that is hard to understand or looks different. Look upon it as a learning opportunity so that when you go through it you will have gained something valuable. Always be grateful for the doors you pass through. There will always be more doorways; there is never a dead end. Keep applying what you’ve learned to each new door you open. When you step through one doorway, another awaits you until you reach the opportunity you seek.

If you bring your thoughts, emotions and energies into balance with your desires, your door will open easily; however if you are not in harmony with your desires you will have to tear the door down.

Negativity

Even spiritual people who exercise spiritual practices have negative experiences. They may be able to reflect on their thoughts and understand their own personal responsibility in a situation but that may not necessarily mean they were attentive enough to prevent the negative experience from occurring.

What must happen is that we stop looking at our negative experiences as a negative. When we see our experiences as negative we are saying we are not sufficient or worthy and we prevent divine inspiration.

There are always opportunities to judge something as negative, but when we say something is negative and is our fault, we stunt your growth. When we stunt our growth we prevent our ability to rally, to be resilient, to be tenacious-to attract what we seek. Instead of judging something as negative, we can claim all the positive and all the learning from that experience. When we have a negative experience, it’s important to make a shift and say that it was valuable, meant to be. We take our learning, lick our wounds, and move on.
